I’m mailing you about the Motorola V70 that I bought off you (ebay #xxxxxxxxxxx), I just got it in the mail today. In your description of the item, the phone was described as having ‘no major wear and tear’ which I believe is completely untrue.

For starters, every surface is scratched and tarnished to hell and the once chrome ring is completely worn out and turning the opening mechanism produces a sandpaper like grinding sound and feel. Additionally, all the phones surfaces, including the box, are filthy and covered in a soft grime (and hairs).

Nothing personal, but because I feel totally ripped off, I’m requesting a full refund.
